No new episodes from May 3rd.
Naruto spinoff anime Boruto: Naruto Next Generations will be delaying the broadcast of new episodes from May 3rd due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Therefore the anime will rerun from the beginning once the episode 154 will have aired on April 26.
By the moment no more info about when are they planning to retake the anime has been given, thus we may expect the series to run the whole 154 episodes again before seeing new episodes.
